Contains oleic acid and other essential fatty acids, that are protected from oxidation
 through the balanced presence of polyphenols and vitamin E

 Its high content of cis oleic acid, together with the practical absence
 of trans fats, and its low content of waxes, makes “oHo” a nutritional product
 which is easily absorbed and assimilated by the body, thus providing new lipid cell
 self-renewal mechanisms as a well as a fat metabolism more resistant to oxidation

RATIONAL FOR ITS USE


For each 1mg/dL HDL-cholesterol blood increase the risk of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) decreases 2 to 3%

Only 5 (15%) out of 34 human studies with Olive Oil, show the capacity to
 increase HDL-cholesterol (“good cholesterol).
